The Greater Houston Partnership's Certified Property Program allows land owners and brokers to promote select properties to businesses and site selectors, consultants and other decision makers through the Greater Houston Partnership and its economic allies' digital, printed, and physical networks. This program will complement the services provided by the Partnership and its allies (e.g. tax incentives, permit expedition) to companies evaluating the Houston region in order to relocate or expand, and it will improve the competitiveness of Certified Properties by mitigating many of the risks associated with relocation and development. The Certified Property Program Seal (the "Seal") identifies properties that have applied, met the requirements of the Certified Property Program, and been notified of certification by the Greater Houston Partnership (the "Partnership"). Seal terms of use
Seal Terms of Use
The existence of the Seal should not be a substitute for a prospective purchaser conducting an appropriate due diligence investigation on a Certified Property. The Seal only indicates that the information on the application for the Certified Property has met the minimum requirements to be included in the Certified Property Program and that the accuracy of such information has been verified by the Partnership or its agent. The accuracy of the information on an application is verified as of the date of issuance of the Seal, and should not imply that the information remains accurate at any subsequent time. Neither the Partnership nor its agents have conducted any further due diligence investigation of such Certified Property to determine its condition or usefulness.
The Partnership grants Certified Property owners and applicants an exclusive right to use the Seal in a manner consistent with the Partnership's Terms of Use.
Only duly notified and authorized Certified Property owners and applicants may use the Seal for promotion of the Certified Property only with no authority to authorize any other party to use the Seal. The Partnership will take all necessary precautions to enforce proper usage and to preserve and protect the integrity of the Seal.
