Participating properties are marketed by the Partnership's economic development managers through the Governor's office and to site consultants, often for buyers that are unknown to Houston's commercial real estate brokerage community. The Partnership will list Certified Properties on its web site's GIS map, will include Certified Properties in Opportunity Houston publications used to market the Houston region, and the Partnership's economic allies will promote Certified Properties to businesses in proposals. The Certified Property seal can also be used by owners and brokers in their listings, marketing materials, and signage.
