Senior Vice President, Healthcare Services Analyst
Eric Weissenstein is a Senior Vice President, Healthcare Services Analyst for Stanford Group Company’s Policy Research, which provides political, economic and industry research for institutional and corporate investors. Mr. Weissenstein came to Stanford Policy Research from Modern Healthcare Magazine. He was the Washington Bureau Chief responsible for covering Capitol Hill, the executive branch, federal courts, health care reform, reimbursement policy and regulation for the weekly magazine and daily Internet newsletter that focuses on the business of health care.
Vivian Ho, Ph.D.
James A. Baker III Institute Chair in Health Economics
Dr. Ho is the James A. Baker III Institute Chair in Health Economics, and she is an associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine. She is also an associate professor in the Department of Economics at Rice University. Ho serves on the Board of Scientific Counselors for the National Center for Health Statistics and on the NIH Health Services, Outcomes and Delivery study section. She is also a founding board member of the American Society for Health Economists. Dr. Ho received her BA in economics from Harvard University, a graduate diploma in economics from the Australian National University, and a PhD in economics from Stanford University.
