Chip Carlisle is regional president for community banking in Texas. He is responsible for more than 500 banking locations in Texas with $20 billion in assets and more than 11,000 team members.

Carlisle was market president for Houston and president of the Texas Metro Region prior to becoming president of the Texas Region. He previously served as chief operations officer, chief information/technology manager and director of sales and marketing.

Carlisle serves on the boards of the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, Central Houston Association, Fort Bend County Economic Development Council, Texas Gulf Coast March of Dimes and United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast. He also serves on the advisory board for the Texas Southern University School of Business.

He graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in business administration.
