Mr. Robert Dussler serves as chairman and CEO of Palmetto Partners, Ltd., a private investment company owned by Robert C. McNair. He has overall management responsibilities for Palmetto, including the development, execution and monitoring of investment strategy.

He also serves serves as a Director of the Boy Scouts of America-Sam Houston Area Council, Chairman of the Board of the Houston Technology Center and was former chairman of the the Board of World President's Organization.

Previously he has served as a principal in PCI Group, a consulting practice based in Atlanta that specializes in workout, turnaround and management of troubled assets. Prior to that, he served as president and COO of First American Bank of Georgia, N.A. Dussler also served as president of Florida National Bank - Miami and as chairman and CEO of Texas American Bank - Houston. He began his banking career at Texas Commerce Bank, serving in Houston, New York and London.
