Mr. Conlon was Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Washington office from 1992 until 1998 when he rejoined the Houston office. His practice regularly includes businesses involved in energy, manufacturing and retail and has represented special committees of boards of directors in connection with takeover offers and corporate restructuring.
Mr. Conlon's professional memberships include the State Bar of Texas, and the American and Houston Bar Associations. He received a B.A. degree magna cum laude in economics from Catholic University of America and graduated in 1971 from Duke University.
