Gene Dewhurst serves as Partner of Falcon Seaboard Investment Company, L.P. and Vice President-Finance & Treasurer of Falcon Seaboard Diversified, Inc. He currently invests in existing, profitable businesses that need capital for expansion, acquisition or management changes. He is responsible for targeting acquisitions, financing the investments and the banking relationships.

Prior to Falcon Seaboard, Dewhurst was in banking for 20 years, ending that phase of his career as Senior Vice President and Manager of Bank One, Houston.

Dewhurst currently serves on numerous boards including United Fuel & Energy Corp., Orange, CA, TriState Capital Bank, Pittsburgh, PA, The Houston Symphony, Houston Symphony Endowment, Biblica Inc. (formerly International Bible Society), Colorado Springs, CO, and College of Biblical Studies, President's Council, Houston.

He received a degree from The University of Texas, Austin, and Southwestern Graduate School of Banking, Dallas.
