Description: This program will cover the latest developments in connection with export controls and compliance. The panelists bring a wealth of experience on these issues, and the audience will have the benefit of hearing about practical export compliance and control problems from the perspectives of professionals who enforce, counsel, investigate and defend such matters. Following the presentations, the panel will discuss a hypothetical fact situation involving a company that discovers possible export control (and possibly FCPA) violations. There will be a number of issues that will allow each panelist to address matters pertinent to his/her area of expertise.
