Houston's economic development depends in major part upon the region's fiscal health. To support Houston's long-term competitiveness the Business Issues Advisory Committee focuses on local, state and federal policy issues that affect economic development and growth in Houston.
Composed of senior business leaders well-versed in the statutes, regulations, business practices and industry trends associated with tax and fiscal policies, the committee advances policies that support the region’s economic competitiveness and prosperity.
