Business Issues Committee

Houston's economic development depends in major part upon the region's fiscal health. To support Houston's long-term competitiveness the Business Issues Advisory Committee focuses on local, state and federal policy issues that affect economic development and growth in Houston. Composed of senior business leaders well-versed in the statutes, regulations, business practices and industry trends associated with tax and fiscal policies that promote new business, the committee works to create awareness, educate the business community, drive interest and offer solutions.
