Health Care Committee

As the home of the world's largest medical center and numerous other clinical and research institutions, Houston is a global leader in health care and life sciences. To keep Houston on the leading-edge of medicine, the Health Care Advisory Committee advocates for local, state and federal policies that address the region's health care challenges. The committee, comprised of hospital, clinical, non-profit and private sector representatives, researches policy issues related to cost and quality of care and drives solutions.

The Partnership's Priorities for the Health Care Committee

  • Advocating for and promoting policies to sustain a healthy Houston region.

  • Building awareness of mental health in the workplace.
