Gallup's State of the Global Workplace: 2022 Report shows that $7.8 trillion in productivity is lost due to unengaged employees. Since the pandemic, employee engagement has trended down, and according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, over 47 million employees left their jobs in 2021.
As the Houston business community looks to the future, employee engagement is key to recruiting and retaining top talent, decreasing employee turnover, and creating a resilient, satisfied, and committed workforce.
Through a moderated discussion, Jenna Sneed, Organizational Strategy Leader at Gallagher, and Patti Wilkie, Principal, Global Employer Services at Deloitte, will share current employee engagement best practices and strategies to help companies position themselves to recruit and retain top talent.
