The broadcast of the State of the City address will be postponed from its originally scheduled time of 12:00 p.m. CST. The program will now air at 1:00 p.m. CST following the conclusion of the memorial service for Houston Fire Department's Lemuel 'DJ' Bruce. 

The Greater Houston Partnership presents Houston Week, a virtual summit showcasing the nation's fourth-largest city as a global powerhouse and city of the future, on October 20-22.

This week will culminate with the annual State of the City address, delivered by City of Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner. He will discuss the City's ongoing efforts to combat the coronavirus, strengthen racial equity and improve Houston's position as a great global city. Join us on Thursday, October 22 for this highly anticipated event celebrating Houston, the city of the future, featuring appearances by:
