Topic: Mindfulness and Mental Health During a Crisis  Speaker: Alejandro Chaoul, PhD, Founding Director, Jung Center’s Mind Body Spirit Institute, Adjunct Faculty, Integrative Medicine Program Department of Palliative, Rehabilitation & Integrative Medicine MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Adjunct Faculty, McGovern Center for Humanities and Ethics McGovern Medical School, UT Health Alejandro Chaoul, PhD, will share ways in which a pandemic can have serious impacts on our mental health, as well as present several coping strategies and other mental health tips and resources that can be accessed during this time.  Councils are exclusive to Partnership members. Your registration through Zoom will be approved by Partnership staff after confirming your organization's membership status. Once approved you will receive an email with the zoom meeting information.
