11:30 am - 1:00 pm
701 Avenida de las Americas
Houston, TX 77010
This Council is sold out.
Houston is America's diverse city - this Council explores how Houston's business community plays a critical role in advancing Houston as America's most inclusive and open city, one that truly offers opportunity for all.
Members will learn about the SBA's Community Navigator Pilot Program, which is the new grant program for small businesses in underserved communities. Also, Waste Management will share insight into its Share the Green program, which was created to advance diversity in the corporate supply chain, supporting and expanding female voices everywhere.
Councils are designed for members to expand their personal and professional networks and gather information on trending regional topics. These meetings are complimentary for all member company employees.
This event will be held in-person. Due to limited capacity, registration for Council luncheons is required. Registration will close at 12:00 p.m. the Monday before the Council. In-person only.
While the Partnership will return to in-person programming for the late summer and into the fall, we will continue to conduct our business in accordance with guidelines from public health officials and are committed to keeping our members informed. Closer to the event, the Partnership will share any changes to our gathering policies.
We strongly recommend unvaccinated individuals wear masks and practice social distancing where possible.
