Creating inclusive workplace cultures includes creating workplaces that support working parents and families. Join us for a dynamic discussion of the tools available to companies such as The Best Place for Working Parents, implications of family friendly policies for employees and organizations, and possibilities for using the assessment to inform evidence-based policies and inclusive organizational cultures.
