Save to Calendar 2021-10-05 08:30:00 2021-10-05 10:00:00 Houston and the Netherlands: Opportunities in Carbon Capture and Storage The Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Miami and the Netherlands Business Support Office in Houston, in close collaboration with the Greater Houston Partnership, cordially invite you to the virtual roundtable "Houston and the Netherlands: Opportunities in Carbon Capture and Storage."  The Netherlands and Houston are energy hubs at the forefront of the energy transition and have the potential to become future hubs for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS). The Netherlands is developing major projects to store CO2 in empty gas fields beneath the North Sea while similar plans are being conceptualized for the Houston port area. As, Houston and the Netherlands continue to collaborate in different areas of innovation, this program will serve as an exchange of experiences and best practices between key players that can help define business opportunities and inspire the commercialization of smart solutions.
