Whether you're an employer, educator, community-based organization, or policymaker, this event offers valuable insights into building a skilled workforce for the future.   Rafa Alvarez, the Partnership's new Senior Vice President of Regional Workforce Development, will discuss priorities for UpSkill Houston in 2025 and lead a panel discussion with leaders from industry, the community college system, and K12 to discuss ways in which these organizations are working together to fill the employment gaps while providing economic mobility pathways to Houston residents.   Forums are hosted the first Tuesday of each month and bring members together to get a pulse on the industries and initiatives shaping Houston's business community. No matter your industry, Forums provide valuable networking opportunities to connect with fellow members and learn the latest in regional happenings.
