Rafa Alvarez, the Partnership's new Senior Vice President of Regional Workforce Development, will discuss priorities for UpSkill Houston in 2025 and lead a panel discussion with leaders from industry, the community college system, and K12 to discuss ways in which these organizations are working together to fill the employment gaps while providing economic mobility pathways to Houston residents.
