Greenspoint, often referred to as the "North Houston District," is home to several large corporate offices, hospitality venues, and green spaces, including parks and recreational facilities. Despite recent economic challenges, Greenspoint remains a significant commercial hub in North Houston. Investments in infrastructure, housing, and business development are underway to improve the community and attract new businesses and residents to the Greenspoint area. The new Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages plant is an example of such investment, indicating confidence in the area's potential for growth.
