In honor of the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Greater Houston Partnership is hosting ReelWorkplace, a lunch and panel discussion in collaboration with JFS Alexander Institute of Inclusion.
The keynote presentation will be delivered by the Chief Operating Officer of Jewish Family Service Houston, Carl Josehart, and a panel of experts, moderated by Lex Frieden, Honorary Chair, ReelAbilities 2020, will analyze how far we have come since the signing of the ADA and emphasize the importance of creating a culture of inclusion by leveraging all unique abilities. ReelWorkplace will kick off the 8th Annual ReelAbilities Houston Film & Arts Festival, a 10-day festival dedicated to presenting films, art exhibitions, performances and speakers that celebrate the lives, stories and talents of people with disabilities.
