The Executive Women’s Partnership (EWP) convenes influential female executives from across the Greater Houston region to foster connection, collaboration, and shared learning. This invitation-only network strengthens relationships among senior women leaders while advancing ideas that shape Houston’s business community.

EWP provides executive women at Partnership member companies with a platform to:

  • Build meaningful professional relationship
  • Contribute to Houston’s continued growth and success

Signature Experiences

Membership Criteria

Membership in the Executive Women’s Partnership is open to senior women executives at Greater Houston Partnership member companies who meet one of the following criteria:

Partnership Board Member or Chief Executive Officer

  • Current or past Board Member of the Greater Houston Partnership, or
  • Top executive officer of a member organization with at least $10 million in annual revenue and 50 full-time employees.
    • Qualifying titles may include Chairman, President, Managing Partner, or Managing Director.

Corporate Executive or Board Member

  • Board member or executive reporting to the CEO or Division President of a member organization with at least $100 million in annual revenue and 50 full-time employeesor
  • Board member or executive within two levels of the CEO at a member organization with at least $500 million in annual revenue and 50 full-time employees.

Woman-Owned Business Chief Executive Officer or President

  • CEO or President of a woman-owned member organization with at least $10 million in annual revenue and 20 full-time employees.

Professional Services Shareholder or Partner

  • Equity shareholder or partner at a member firm with at least $20 million in annual revenue and 50 full-time employees, and serving as one of the following:
    • Managing Partner of the Houston office
      Head of a national practice area
    • Member of the firm’s executive management committee
    • Leader of a Houston-based practice area or business unit with 15 or more professionals

Not-for-Profit Executive or Board Member

  • CEO, Board Member, or executive within one level of the CEO at a nonprofit member organization with at least $10 million in annual revenue and 50 full-time employees
