TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park

Located near Baytown, TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park is one of the largest rail-and-barge-served industrial parks of its kind in the nation. TGS Cedar Port spans 15,000 acres, with over 10,000 acres available for development. The master-planned park is set up for light or heavy industrial use, manufacturing of all types, waterfront operations, and warehouse/distribution operations. The park’s location offers easy access to State Highway 99, I-10, State Highway 225 and the Port of Houston. A number of incentives and tax abatements are available to tenants of the park.

TGS Cedar Port

Conroe Park North Industrial Park

Spanning more than 1,600 acres in Montgomery County, Conroe Park North Industrial Park is fully platted and ready for occupancy with streets, utilities and signage. More than a dozen companies have moved into the park since it opened in 2013, investing more than $400 million in the area. Altogether more than two-dozen companies currently operate out of the site. In 2018, the City of Conroe purchased 610 acres to expand the park.

Pinto Business Park

Pinto Business Park is a 971-acre industrial park located near I-45 N and the Sam Houston Tollway in the Greenspoint area. The park can accommodate up to 7 million square feet of build-to-suit and user-owned distribution, light manufacturing and corporate campus space. 

Strategically located near the intersection of two major highways and in close proximity to Bush Intercontinental Airport, Pinto Business Park is shovel-ready with drainage, detention, roads and infrastructure already designed. Existing infrastructure includes buildings totaling more than 840,000 square feet with another 700,000 square feet under development.

Spaceport Houston

Houston Spaceport is an FAA-licensed, urban commercial spaceport co-located at Ellington Airport. In addition to serving as a launch and landing site for suborbital, reusable launch vehicles, Houston Spaceport offers laboratory office space including technology incubator space and large-scale hardware production facilities.

As a center for collaboration and innovation, Houston Spaceport is unique among the other federally licensed spaceports in that it lies in the heart of one of the nation’s largest cities. The Houston Aerospace Support Center—the first facility at the Spaceport—offers 53,000 square feet of laboratory and office space. It is located on Space Center Boulevard, immediately adjacent to NASA's Neutral Buoyancy Lab.  Construction began in summer 2019 on the first phase of construction at the facility that will establish new roads and infrastructure.

Generations Park

Generation Park is a 4,000-acre master planned commercial development located in northeast Houston. The project’s 1 million-square-foot first phase includes corporate campuses for companies such as Technip, Apache Industrial Services and others. A variety of uses come together in Generations Park, from class A office space and industrial space to retail and residential. Existing office buildings offer abundant space for growing companies and numerous sites are available for build-to-suit opportunities.

Springwoods Village is a 2,000-acre, mixed-use, master-planned community located just south of the Woodlands. In addition, the new 60-acre CityPlace project will feature a series of multi-story office buildings with retail and restaurants at street level.
