LaTanya Flix
As Senior Vice President of Inclusive Leadership and Opportunity at the Greater Houston Partnership, LaTanya Flix sets the strategic vision for One Houston Together—the region’s first business-led initiative dedicated to expanding opportunities for underrepresented talent and small businesses.
In this role, LaTanya partners with executive leaders across 11 industries to identify systemic barriers and shape inclusive leadership strategies that strengthen workplace culture and accelerate measurable progress. She leverages data-driven insights, peer learning, and high-impact convenings to help organizations adopt proven practices and build inclusive, future-ready workplaces aligned with enterprise outcomes.
A recognized culture builder and sought-after speaker, LaTanya’s leadership has been honored by HR Daily Advisor, The Exchange (a Deloitte initiative), Houston Business Journal, the National Women’s Conference, and the FDIC.
Before joining the Partnership, LaTanya founded CauseAdvance, an advisory firm focused on organizational effectiveness and social impact. She also held executive roles in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, where she consistently transformed early-stage ideas into scalable, high-impact initiatives.
LaTanya is a certified ICF Associate Coach and an Organizational & Relationship Systems (ORSC™) practitioner and contributes her expertise to the Eight Million Stories Advisory Board and the National Work Equity Advisory Council.
She holds a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin, a BA in Sociology from Trinity University, and completed the Public Policy & International Affairs Fellowship Institute at the UC Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy.
