Peyton Jones is Regional President for Huntington Bank and oversees all business segments for Huntington in the Houston region. His expertise, particularly in commercial real estate and middle market lending, has been honed throughout his nearly 30-year career. As a native of Houston, Peyton possesses a profound understanding of the local market, which he leverages to develop tailored banking solutions for clients. In his statement, Peyton Jones expressed his commitment to excellence: “As Regional President, my focus is on aligning our banking services with the unique needs of our community.”

Throughout his career, he has been part of three growing institutions—Redstone Bank, Green Bank, and Veritex Community Bank—each of which was successfully merged into the next, ultimately becoming part of Huntington Bank. Peyton has continued with each transition, leading the integration and growth that followed.

A proud Stephen F. Austin State University graduate and former Lumberjack quarterback, Peyton majored in Finance. He later earned his MBA at the McCombs School of Business (University of Texas).

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and can often be found hiking/skiing in the mountains or on the golf course.
