Walter Mischer has been involved in real estate development for the past 20 years. His experience includes the completion of projects containing 17,566,000 square feet and valued at more than $1.3 billion.

During the past 10 years, he has guided the development of health care facilities with an aggregate value of more than $428 million.
Mischer serves as president of Mischer Healthcare Services, which was formed in 1994 to improve the strategic market position of health care providers.

He also serves with the Belmont Corporation, which was formed in January 1997 to create a national seniors housing company focused initially on built-to-purpose assisted-living facilities. Wheatstone Investments has eight residential communities in the Houston area involving more than 3,500 acres that will produce more than 7,000 residential lots for sale to homebuilders.
He also is affiliated with Madison Custom Homes and Office Building Development.
