As you look ahead to your organization’s 2027 leadership and talent development priorities, we invite you to consider the mid-level professionals with at least 10 years of experience within your organization who would benefit from a broader understanding of Houston’s energy ecosystem, exposure to industry leaders, and meaningful relationships across the energy value chain.

HELC is a 10-week professional development program that brings together energy professionals from a variety of companies, disciplines, and sectors. Participants gain insight into the complexities of the energy landscape, learn directly from leading industry experts, and build valuable B2B relationships with their peers.

During this roundtable, we’ll share more about the spring and fall 2027 cohorts, the participant experience, curriculum, time commitment, and what we look for when building each cohort. We’ll also discuss how organizations can identify strong candidates and use HELC as an investment in leadership development and succession planning.

HELC is designed for experienced professionals across the energy ecosystem, including leaders in operations, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, energy services, external and corporate affairs, government relations, and other functions that touch the energy industry.

Most importantly, this will be a conversation. We welcome your perspective on the skills, exposure, and experiences your leaders need as Houston’s energy landscape continues to evolve.
