Durable skills ranging from critical thinking and communication to resilience and responsibility are essential skills to be successful in the workplace. During this session, we’ll explore two important questions to equip individuals and create a talent rich region:
- Employers, what durable skill gaps are you seeing that prevents someone from being a successful job candidate or employee?
- Educators, how can durable skills be integrated into curricula to better prepare talent for the workforce?
Join us for an interactive session designed to share information and connect employers and educators.
