

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Jeanne Grube serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Greater Houston Partnership. In this role, Grube will lead the Partnership’s finance and accounting division and serve as a key partner to the leadership team, Board of Directors, Finance & Investment Committee and Audit & Risk Committee, helping ensure the organization has the clear, timely financial information needed to support its work.
Grube brings extensive experience in nonprofit finance, accounting, audit, compliance and financial operations. Most recently, she served as an outsourced CFO for nonprofit clients, providing financial leadership with a focus on process improvement, compliance, enhanced reporting, internal controls, budgeting, cash flow management and audit preparation.
Prior to that, Grube spent nearly two decades with Blazek & Vetterling, where she led several audit teams, working with many of the largest tax-exempt organizations in the Houston region including healthcare and human service organizations, cultural and arts organizations, philanthropic foundations, educational institutions, membership organizations and land trusts. She has specific technical expertise in nonprofit accounting topics, including restricted fund and endowment tracking, functional expense allocations, grant compliance, and Form 990 reporting.
Grube holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
