As Senior Vice President of Inclusive Leadership and Opportunity, LaTanya leads One Houston Together—the region’s first business-led initiative dedicated to helping organizations build inclusive, future-ready workplaces and expand access for small businesses.

She is a proven executive leader, having founded an advisory practice and led top social change organizations and philanthropic initiatives—driving strategic growth, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and delivering measurable impact for both communities and business.

Her leadership has been recognized by HR Daily Advisor, Deloitte’s The Exchange, Houston Business Journal, the National Women’s Conference, the FDIC, and others.

LaTanya is a certified systems coach with advanced credentials in team coaching, Eight Million Stories Advisory Board member, and served on the National Work Equity Advisory Council.

She holds a MPAff from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin, a BA from Trinity University, and completed the Public Policy & International Affairs Fellowship at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy.
