Houston Regional Equity and Inclusion Assessment

The regional assessment is a robust tool to help businesses and organizations of all sizes enhance their DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) strategy and increase community impact. Whether your company is just getting started or has a sophisticated plan in place, the assessment provides a practical roadmap to help you communicate progress, achieve business goals, understand your maturity, and benchmark against others in the Houston region.

Thank you to the 92 companies and organizations that participated in the 2023 Regional Assessment. Aggregate results will be presented on Wednesday, October 4 at the Houston DiverseCity Summit. Participating organizations will receive their individual scorecard in early August.
