The Summit offers content for companies and organizations of all sizes with a focus on best practices, peer connection, and first-rate resources to help you mature your diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies. We will bring you the topics you most want to explore: trust and transparency, aligning ERGs to business priorities, inclusive talent recruitment and retention, supplier diversity, and more. The Partnership is honored to welcome keynote speaker, Dan Schulman, President and CEO of PayPal to this year's DiverseCity Summit. PayPal has also been recognized as a Fortune Change the World company for its work to tackle the biggest challenges facing society today. In addition to leading the e-commerce titan, Schulman has received high recognition for his commitment to social change and passion for equality, justice and basic human rights.    Featured this year is the presentation of our region’s first Equity & Inclusion Assessment and an interactive session to hear your reactions and suggestions for potential regional actions.    The Partnership has reimagined the traditional corporate luncheon and conference with hybrid viewership both in real-time and on-demand, to meet every schedule from anywhere.  We hope you will join us for DiverseCity Summit 2021!
